"It is an honor to be able to share what I learnd with Dr. Tal Ben Shahar..."
"When I was in school and university I did not like studying at all, I saw it as something boring and that I "had to" do. Today I am a # 1 fan of learning new things and I have been studying other disciplines for almost 4 years and being deeply amazed when I learn something new. I was fortunate to find and learn about subjects that I am passionate about and I would like to study for the rest of my life, such as the science of happiness, human flourishing, yoga, art therapy and surely others that will open up along the way.One of the perspectives of the SPIRE model of well-being tells us about the intellectual gaze, and about how curiosity and openness towards other topics and areas of knowledge is fundamental for our happiness, before I would not have imagined that learning and sharing knowledge could be one of the sources of my daily happiness.Today I am very happy to have completed my study with @happiness.studies.academy as a certified happiness trainer and it is an honor to be able to share what I learnd with Dr. Tal Ben Shahar my beloved mentor and teacher. With love, Vale"

"SPIRE Yoga ... integrated wellbeing, self-awareness, and the study of pain-free anatomy."
"SPIRE Yoga was a beautiful 14-week journey that not only transformed how I view, practice, and teach yoga, but also improved my overall posture and reduced my chronic pain. Learning about Integrated Positional Therapy was life-changing; I now have a better understanding of my body and how to balance it, as well as how to relieve pain immediately and for the long-term (since about 80% of our pain is due to muscle imbalances). I've also unexpectedly been able to help many of my friends with their pain and am so excited to go on to help heal more. This approach to yoga is the wholistic approach that both returns us to the roots of yoga AND launches us into the future of what yoga can be. It's inspiring and gratifying."

"practice that can shape lives and inspire change"
"When I started studying with the Happiness Studies Academy (HSA) in 2020 — at the height of the pandemic — I didn’t know the path ahead would take this long. The journey stretched over years of change: shifting roles, facing health challenges, and balancing work and life.
But I never gave up.
Today, I’m deeply proud to have completed this journey and earned the Certificate in Happiness Studies (CiHS) — becoming a Certified Happiness Trainer. Every step on this journey reminded me that happiness is both a science and an art — a practice that can shape lives and inspire change"
