"Permission to be human" was one of the phrases that resonated most with me during the certification in Happiness Studies by Dr. Tal Ben Shahar. This Happiness course is a life experience that has shown me diverse perspectives of happiness through the SPIRE method. I have immersed deeper into myself to rescue various pieces of a puzzle that was in disarray. I had a lot of fun putting this puzzle together to achieve a more conscious and fulfilling happiness for myself and also to help other people on the path to their own happiness. "1. What shifted for you during this training? I’m not new to yoga—it’s been my anchor for over a decade. What shifted for me was a deeper understanding and refinement of my practice. I began to see not just how to move, but why imbalances exist and how to address their root causes. It’s a heartful, mindful, and embodied practice—what yoga is truly meant to be. 2. How do you feel after a SPIRE Yoga session? I feel grounded and open at the same time. There’s a sense of alignment and spaciousness in my body that even changes the way I breathe. SPIRE Yoga is a healing system for modern life. It restores what stress and sedentary living take away, while helping you carry a calmer, more connected state into daily life. It meets you where you are, with adaptable postures—even short ones, like Magnificent Seven, you can integrate into your day. For me, yoga is not a workout—it’s a “work in.” And SPIRE Yoga reflects that beautifully."
