Everything has been wonderful as WIT's knowledge was clarified scientifically by Professor Tal. "Little did I know in joining this program, that I would add as much value and wholeness to my life in the midst of a pandemic as I have. Changes such as better defining my purpose in life and what drives my happiness, guided meditations that focus on my breathing, being more self-aware of my body and my emotions, incorporating more physical activity and natural foods into my diet, continuing my intellectual pursuits in various subjects, being more aware of my relationships and the importance of nurturing them, and giving myself the permission to be human, and not rejecting emotions that I once did, have all improved my happiness and state of wholebeing.
