Learning about Integrated Positional Therapy was life-changing; I now have a better understanding of my body and how to balance it, as well as how to relieve pain immediately and for the long-term (since about 80% of our pain is due to muscle imbalances). I've also unexpectedly been able to help many of my friends with their pain and am so excited to go on to help heal more.
